How do I pick my size?

Shirts: Our Trim fit shirts are made to be fitted for a more custom made, tailored feel. Our Classic fit is a more relaxed cut and gives 3" of additional room in the body and arms. Our Tall length shirts are great for guys 6'3" and taller, and are 2” longer in sleeves and body length. Our Leeward Casual fit is a 'no-tuck' length that is 2" shorter in the body than our standard length and is meant to hit mid zipper. Our Regular fit can be found in many of our layers. If you are looking for a roomy layer, we recommend both our Trim and Classic fit customers to size up. If you are looking for a more close fitted look, we advise you purchase your regular size.

Chinos: Our Trim Chino sits at your natural waist and is slim through the hip, seat, and thigh. The leg opening is 14.5". The Chino has a distinct taper from the knee down. Our Athletic Chino sits at your natural waist and gives more room in the seat and thigh. The leg opening is slightly bigger at 16". We added an additional 1" in the knee and at the leg opening for a more relaxed fit. The Chino has a moderate taper from the knee down.

What makes Mizzen+Main fabrics different?

Our commitment is to our customers and providing them with a more comfortable way of dressing. We diligently work to make sure our fabrics not only make you look great, but feel great, too.

Here are a few properties that make a big difference with our fabrics.

Ease of care - The days of spending time and money on the dry cleaners are over. Our fabrics are machine washable and can be hung to dry (and dry on average in 20 minutes!) or dried in the drying machine.

Stretch - You deserve a fabric that moves with you in all you do. All of our fabrics feature comfort stretch so your fabric will never be the thing holding you back.

Moisture Wicking - Don't sweat it, our fabrics wick away moisture to keep you dry on even the hottest of days. See ya, sweat stains.

Wrinkle Resistance - Stay confident knowing that our fabrics resist wrinkles and look straight-off-the-press all day long.

What are your shipping policies?

Domestic : Every order over $100 (after discounts have been applied) ships ground free!
Overnight and 2-Day expedited shipping orders placed after 11am CDT will be shipped the next business day. Saturday deliveries are not available.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International: Shipping is calculated via the UPS level of service you select based on your countries current rates. Please be aware that any duties or taxes your country of residence charges are the responsibility of the purchaser/consumer.

How do you give back to the community?

Mizzen + Main is proud to sponsor the Adaptive Training Foundation (ATF) and its efforts to provide rehabilitating, adaptive performance training to veterans and individuals who have suffered life-altering injuries. Learn more about our work with ATF.

Mizzen+Main created the Confidence Fund as part of our “We Start Here” initiative we created in June 2020, after the incident regarding George Floyd’s death. As part of our efforts to create a better way for our community, the mission for our Confidence Fund was born. Each quarter we have set aside $10,000 to donate to an organization that our team feels is aligned with our values and mission to continuously make an effort to create a better way. Along with our monetary donation, we have also committed to giving our time and product.

Our mission for the Confidence Fund is to support youth and adults, specifically Black and People of Color, who are working to create a better way in the reduction and elimination of the systemic issues impacting our communities.

Mizzen+Main adopted a campus through Big Thought and donated $10,000 to the Thriving Minds program at Rosemont Elementary. The funds we provided went to art and STEM supplies as well as PPE supplies for staff and students participating in the program. As a company, we have also committed to continuing our efforts by donating our time to volunteering at our adopted campus, Rosemont Elementary at their afterschool program once COVID cases are lower. As the holidays were approaching, the Confidence Fund felt the desire to give our time to our community. During one of our monthly team outings, we decided to “gather safely,” and create meal kits for City Square. These meal kits went to our community youth ages 14-24, who are transitioning from substitute care towards self-sufficiency. Within the following months we decided as a team that we wanted to continue serving, and we volunteered by passing out meals to the neighbors of our community. As a result, our Mizzen family was able to serve over 30,000 lbs of groceries to more than 700 households. Mizzen is also a proud supporter of One Man’s Treasure. An organization that seeks to empower men recently released from prison by providing them with clothing and opportunities for networking. As a company, our purpose is to equip our customers with a better way to dress, delivering confidence and ease that improves their day-to-day pursuits. We are honored to have the ability to give back our product to an organization that is dedicated to providing resources for those looking to create a better way for themselves.Our company promises to our customers and to our community that we will not compromise our continuous efforts to create a better way.

Returns / Exchanges

Need to return or exchange?

We offer free domestic returns and exchanges for items purchased at mizzenandmain.com or at a Mizzen+Main store! You have 30 days to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Items that are beyond the 30-day policy have up to 90 days to receive store credit or be exchanged for another item. Please note all items must be unwashed and unworn in order to receive credit in any form. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible. Simply visit returns.mizzenandmain.com and follow the instructions to initiate your return or exchange.

Please note that at this time mask and boxer purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Main Sale Purchases: All Main Sale purchases are final sale, and can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. If you have questions about Main Sale purchases, please contact our support team.

Retail Partner Returns: The best way to handle a return for purchases made through any of our partner retailers is to take your item back to the original retailer. Our Customer Experience team is only able to accept returns for items purchased from mizzenandmain.com, or a Mizzen+Main retail store location.

GMA Deals & Steals: If you purchased on Good Morning America's Deals & Steals and would like to return or exchange your item please visit our Deals & Steals return portal.

How long will my refund take to be received?

Once we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. Refunds may take an additional 2 business days to post to your account.

How long will it take to get my exchanged item(s)?

After you process your exchange online, we’ll place the order immediately and get you your items. We also offer exchanges in our Mizzen+Main stores.

How do I return a gift?

What if my items are received damaged or defective?
